The detail, held on Saturday, May 23 in Dutchess, utilized an underage volunteer to purchase alcohol under the observation of plainclothes investigators and supported by uniformed troopers. He was 40 years old. He was born on July 1, 1979 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the son of Evelyn Cruz of Beacon and the late Ramon Luis Pacheco. Pedro graduated from high school and received an associate’s degree. He was a caseworker for Mental Health of America in Beacon before his illness. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Sunday, May 12, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Manuel A. Valle, 50, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Welcher Avenue in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
