14-Year-Old Duo Nabbed For Spray Painting Graffiti On Wall At Yorktown Intersection Two teenagers face charges after being caught spray painting graffiti on a wall at a busy Northern Westchester intersection, police announced. The arrests stemmed from an incident on Monday, Dec. 4 around 11:40 a.m., when the two teens were seen spray painting graffiti on a sound barrier wall just east of the intersection of Route 6 and Mill Street in Yorktown, according to Yorktown Police.
