Man Caught With Heroin, Cocaine After Passing Out At Diner In Yorktown: Police A 35-year-old Hudson Valley man faces drug charges after passing out on the stairs of a diner in Northern Westchester while in possession of heroin and crack cocaine, police said.  The arrest stemmed from an incident on Friday, July 7 around 6:30 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to the Route 202 Diner at 3825 Crompond Rd. to help a man who had passed out on the stairs.  According to police, officers found out that the man, identified as 35-year-old Putnam County resident Eric Keith Miller of Lake Peekskill, was allegedly in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and heroin.…
