Man Accused Of Burglarizing Yacht Club In Cortlandt A 53-year-old man is accused of burglarizing a yacht club in Northern Westchester, police announced.  Buchanan resident John Disclafani was arrested on Thursday, July 18 in connection with an alleged burglary in Cortlandt, New York State Police announced on Friday, July 26.
