Shrub Oak Man Nabbed For DWI In Putnam County The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department has been busy of late, busting a pair of motorists who were allegedly operating their vehicles under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley, Jr. announced the arrests of 40-year-old Danbury resident Karla Gomes and 33-year-old Shrub Oak resident Peter Cancro, who were busted for driving under the influence by the department in the past week.
