NY Bodybuilder Shot Parents Over Child Custody Dispute, Police Announce
The bodybuilder accused of attempting to kill his parents in their Long Island mansion has been charged with two counts of second-degree attempted murder as authorities released new details in the case.
Dino Tomassetti, age 29, of Brooklyn, is expected to appear in Nassau County Court on Wednesday, Dec. 29, for the arraignment of the charges, said Brendan Brosh, of the Nassau County District Attorney's Office.

Fourteen New Yorkers in the Colombo crime family, including 10 Long Islanders, have been indicted on a host of charges that includes labor racketeering, extortion, and money laundering.

ID Released For Store Manager Shot, Killed By Worker At NY Stop & Shop
The identity has been released for the store manager killed by a worker in a shooting that injured two others at a supermarket on Long Island.
The suspect, Gabriel DeWitt Wilson, age 31, of Hempstead, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday, April 21, just 24 hours after the incident took place at the Stop & Shop in West Hempstead on Tuesday, April 20.
