Mufid Fawaz Alkhader, age 28, of Schenectady, appeared in Albany federal court on Friday, Dec. 8, where he was arraigned on one count of unlawfully possessing a firearm. Private First Class Carl Bradford was the victim of the crash which occurred around 7 a.m. near 3655 Crompond Road in Yorktown, according to Col. Richard Goldenberg of the New York National Guard.
