The nearly 2-year-old boy, now identified as Lucas Richard McGee, was hit around 8:42 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 10, at the home on North Wilton Road, said New Canaan Police Lt. Jason Ferraro. The boy's date of birth is Dec. 31, 2017. New Canaan Police, along with New Canaan Fire, and New Canaan Emergency Medical Services first responders arrived at the residence within minutes of the incident to provide emergency medical care, Ferraro said.
