Massive Search Of Muscoot Reservoir Follows Report Of People, Dog Missing Multiple reports of a group of people and then a dog on the ice who went missing on the Muscoot Reservoir in Northern Westchester set off a massive ice search that lasted more than four hours. The incident took place around 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13 when New York State Police received two calls, one of a people out on the ice with a pink sled and another about a dog stuck on the ice at the reservoir between Route 35 and Cherry Street in Katonah, said New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks.
