First Positive West Nile Virus Case Of 2021 Confirmed In Westchester The first positive West Nile Virus case of the year was reported in Westchester. Westchester County Health Commissioner Sherlita Amler said that the department was made aware of the first human case of the virus, which was confirmed in a 58-year-old resident.
