Talented Chef From Northern Westchester Dies At 24 Michael Prisciandaro of North Salem, a talented chef in New York City who received numerous promotions, died on Saturday, July 14. He was 24 years old. He was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and worked as a chef at Le Bernardin in Manhattan, where he was promoted nine times. His giftedness excelled in the culinary arts. He exuded much love and pride in preparing gourmet meals, both professionally and personally.
