Truck Rolls Over At Busy Westchester Intersection During Winter Storm Following a truck rollover at a busy Westchester intersection amid a major winter storm, police are warning residents to avoid all travel if possible.  The crash happened on Tuesday morning, Feb. 13, when a truck rolled over at the intersection of South Ridge Street and High Street in Rye, according to the City of Rye Police Department.  Although the crash appeared grisly, the driver was not injured, authorities said.
