Police, USPS Warn Of Possible Mail Thefts In Westchester An investigation into a series of alleged mail theft incidents has been launched in Yonkers. The Yonkers Police Department and USPS issued an alert on Friday morning announcing that they are investigating incidents of mail theft that have taken place in the city and surrounding municipalities in recent weeks.
