Woman Nabbed For DWI With Child In Vehicle An area woman was busted for allegedly driving drunk with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle. Juliet Powers, 44, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Tuesday following a traffic stop on Haight Avenue in the Town of Poughkeepsie by a member of the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Traffic Enforcement Unit, said Capt. Ken Roman.  Powers was charged under Leandra's Law with felony aggravated DWI with a passenger less than 16 years old in the vehicle, operating a vehicle with .08 of 1% or more of alcohol in blood and DWI.  She was held pending arraignment in the Town of Poughkeepsie Court on Wednes…
