A truck driver was killed after being hit by a forklift while making a delivery to a Hudson Valley business. The incident took place in Orange County in the town of Montgomery around 9:15 a.m., Monday, April 25 at L&W Supply located at 155 Bracken Road. Town of Montgomery Police responded to an industrial accident and found that Homer D. A 36-year-old construction worker was killed in an industrial accident while working at a strip mall in the aea The incident happened in Orange County around 3:15 p.m., Thursday, March 17 in the Town of Newburgh.
