Hudson Valley Fraud Suspect With 26 Fake Credit Cards At Large Investigators with the New York State Police in Orange County are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a man who is wanted after being busted with more than two dozen fraudulent credit cards. An alert was issued for 26-year-old Fernando Pile, Jr., who is wanted on charges that include unlawful possession of a skimmer device, second-degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument after he was busted during a traffic stop in Monroe.
