New Chipotle Location To Open In Yorktown: Here's Where Burrito lovers will soon be able to get their fix at an all-new Chipotle location about to open in Northern Westchester.  The new Chipotle Mexican Grill, located in Yorktown Heights at 3200 Crompond Rd., will open on Wednesday, June 26.  According to a company spokesperson, the eatery, known for its burritos, bowls, and tacos, will feature a "Chipotlane," a drive-thru lane for customers to pick up their digital orders.  Additionally, another incentive for prospective visitors will be the new Chicken al Pastor menu item, which is prepared with a marinade of seared morita pepp…
