Four Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops Nearly two dozen allegedly impaired drivers were removed from Hudson Valley roadways over the weekend and charged with DWI or DWAI by New York State Police. Local residents charged include:  Westchester County On Friday, June 7, State Police from New Lebanon arrested Brian S. Hennessey, 43, of Larchmont, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in Stephentown, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
