Three Westchester Store Employees Charged With Selling Tobacco, Vaping Products To Minors Police in Greenburgh went to work this week, targeting smoke shops that sell tobacco products to underage customers, leading to several arrests. On Monday, Feb. 4, members of the Greenburgh Police Department Drug and Alcohol Task Force conducted enforcement in the area, making three arrests of three employees at three different stores. Video: Car Crashes Into Westchester Condo Complex First responders were dispatched to the Scarsdale Ridge condominium complex on Thursday afternoon when a motorist drove a car into one of the buildings. Members of the Greenville Fire Department, Greenburgh police and paramedics were all dispatched to the Central Avenue condo complex at approximately 2:30 p.m., following reports of a driver in an SUV who had driven into and through the brick facade of the building.
