Phone Scam: Man Nabbed After Stealing Over $60K From Victim In Yorktown, Police Say A 59-year-old man was apprehended after allegedly stealing more than $60,000 from a victim in Northern Westchester by posing as a lawyer over the phone and telling him his granddaughter was in trouble, police said.
