Ex-Northern Westchester Restaurant Owner Admits To Fraud Charge The former owner and operator of an upscale Northern Westchester restaurant admitted to wire fraud in connection with her multi-year scheme to defraud the restaurant’s lenders, mortgagee, bankruptcy creditors, and customers, authorities announced. Missing Endangered Woman, 23, Located After Search Starts In Northern Westchester Police agencies in Westchester teamed together to help locate a missing endangered woman in Greenwich. North Castle Police Sgt. Regen Hufnagle was called to Finch’s Country Market in Banksville shortly before 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, to assist Mount Pleasant Police Department in locating the missing woman. Enormous Brush Fire Breaks Out Over 12 Acres In Goldens Bridge Firefighters from multiple municipalities teamed up to battle an aggressive brush fire that broke out in Northern Westchester Wednesday night, April 3,  The blaze occurred along the northern side of Todd Road in the Lewisboro hamlet of Golden Bridge and damaged an estimated 12 acres of wetlands, according to Goldens Bridge Fire Chief James McManus.
