Man Jailed For Selling Drugs That Caused Fatal Overdose In Yorktown, Police Say A 30-year-old man was hit with felony charges for allegedly selling drugs that caused a victim's fatal overdose in Northern Westchester, police announced. Yorktown resident Albert Tapia was arrested outside of his residence on Thursday, Feb. 15 in connection with a fatal overdose that occurred in October 2023, Yorktown Police announced.  According to the department, on Thursday, Oct. 26 around 3 p.m., Yorktown Police responded to a residence on East Main Street where the overdose happened. Man Kicks, Shatters Glass Door Of Business In Yorktown: Police A 30-year-old man faces charges after repeatedly kicking the glass door of a business in Northern Westchester, causing it to shatter.  Yorktown resident Albert Tapia, age 30, was arrested on Monday, May 22 just before 2 a.m. for allegedly shattering the door of the Sunoco 7-Eleven gas station at 3650 Lee Blvd., according to Yorktown Police.  The incident allegedly happened on Sunday, April 16 just after 3 a.m., when police responded to the 7-Eleven and met with an employee who identified Tapia as the suspect.
