Horace Greeley HS Student Named Semifinalist For Presidential Scholars Program A student from Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua has been named as a semifinalist for the 2019 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program. Graduating senior Aditi Singh is one of just 621 semifinalists selected from a total of nearly 5,300 candidates expected to graduate from U.S. high schools this year. The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program is now in its 55th year.
