Shooting Near Apartment Building Injures Victim In Westchester: Suspect At Large, Police Say New, updated report: New Update: Teenage Duo Charged With Attempted Murder After Yonkers Shooting, Police Say Authorities are investigating a shooting in Westchester that left one person injured as a targeted attack, police said.  The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 22 in Yonkers in the area of 1-8 Schroeder St. near the Palisade Towers apartment complex, according to Yonkers Police Detective Sergeant Frank M.
