Lakeland Board Recognizes Student Achievements

Students, administrators and proud parents filled Thursday’s Lakeland School Board meeting to watch as students were recognized for a variety of achievements.

Students were recognized during “ Lakeland Salutes” for accomplishments including theater, music and academics,

Lakeland High School students Dan Marello, Jennilee Aromando, Jim DelVecchio, Alexis Davis and John Winton were recognized their nomination for the high school’s theater awards. Lakeland Senior Christopher Lovell was recognized for his project about the French and Indian War and Casey Kearney was commended for her performance on the English Horn.
