YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Foundation for Excellence in Yorktown Education is hosting a fundraising event at Peter Pratt's.
The foundation, which was founded in 1993 with the goal of awarding grants to educators, will hold its wine tasting event on Jan. 25 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Peter Pratt's restaurant.
The cost is $50 per person, which includes appetizers from the restaurant including such items as Moroccan Lamb Sliders and Seared Ahi Tuna Wonton Tacos. Yorktown Wine and Liquor will donate $1 for each bottle purchased during the evening to the Foundation for Excellence in Yorktown Education.
