Douglas Dill, Angela Lanni and Ilna Essigogtappeh earned the credential to help differentiate themselves and create first impressions that sell homes.

Home staging has become a valuable tool for Realtors to help clients earn more for clients who are selling homes. By properly cleaning, de-cluttering and preparing a house before it is listed on the market, home owners have a better chance of selling their home at or above list price.

In a recent study conducted by StagedHomes.com, Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agents and Accredited Staging Professional Stagers reported data across the United States that homes that are staged sell in 31 days or less on average in today’s market. A same study revealed homes not staged take 161 days or longer to sell in today’s market. On average, staged homes sell 80 percent faster than homes that are not staged.
