Yorktown Teen Charged After Alleged Trespassing

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – A 14-year-old Yorktown male was arrested Tuesday for allegedly trespassing at a residence, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Officers responded to a past complaint of criminal trespassing at a Quinlan Street residence. Investigation revealed an air conditioner had been moved to enter the home.

The teen was located at home with his parent, arrested and charged with juvenile delinquency. He was issued a juvenile appearance ticket.

He is ordered to appear in the Westchester County Department of Probation July 22.
