Yorktown Man, 45, Charged With DWI, Marijuana Possession

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged a Yorktown man with driving while intoxicated on Tuesday, March 18, police officials said.

Steven Wojtusiak, 45, was pulled over by Troopers for an equipment violation. Troopers allege he was intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. 

Wojtusiak provided a breathalyzer sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .11 percent and was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to State Police. 

Wojtusiak is scheduled to appear in Putnam Valley Court on Tuesday, March 25, police said.
