The teen, a Peekskill resident whose identity was not released, was charged with juvenile delinquency with the underlying charge of attempted assault in the third degree.
Police said they were called to the mall at 3:30 p.m. and found two groups of juveniles fighting in the interior common area. Following an investigation at the scene, they arrested the 14-year-old, police said.
He was released to a parent and is due back at the Westchester County Department of Probation on May 16.
