Teen Arrested As Police Break Up Underage Drinking Party In Yorktown

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- An underage drinking party in Yorktown resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old Saturday night, Yorktown Police said.

Ridgeview Lane is located between the Taconic State Parkway and Route 132 in Yorktown Heights.

Police responded to a noise complaint at 10:10 p.m. at Ridgeview Lane and discovered the party. The 17-year-old allegedly provided alcohol to several youths under the age of 21 at the residence.

He was arrested and transported back to police headquarters for processing. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on July 6.
