Ryan McCullough was arrested after police received a call from a Yorktown resident reporting they had a protective order against McCullough for two past domestic incidents and that he had to returned on Monday, Oct. 31 to the residence again, police said.
When officers arrived they canvassed the area and located McCullough who was arrested for violating the protective order, police said.
He is currently being held at the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $2,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
