Mohegan Lake Man Charged With Violating Order Of Protection

MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. -- A Mohegan Lake man faces charges after being arrested for violating a temporary order of protection.

Dominic Mignogno, 58, was charged with criminal contempt and resisting arrest in connection with a incident on Friday at 3660 Marcy St. Mignogno was arrested by Yorktown Police after he was at the address, a violation of a protective order issued by Westchester County Family Court.

Mignogno also resisted arrest, according to police. He was transported to police headquarters and held for arraignment after processing.
