Police say they received a call about a complaint regarding a domestic dispute at a neighbor’s residence. Officers responded to the scene and conducted an investigation which revealed that Harris Jr., threw and broke a cell phone belonging to a female resident of Crompond Road during a domestic dispute.
Harris Jr., voluntarily appeared at police headquarters and was arrested in reference to the incident. Following processing on the charge, Harris Jr., was arraigned and was served with a temporary order of protection. Harris Jr., was released on $1,000 posted bail and is scheduled to answer the charge at the Yorktown Court on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m.
