YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown Heights man was arrested and charged Friday after he allegedly damaged a car with a hammer during a domestic incident.
Neil Quinn, 39, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance and was ordered to stay away from the victim and her children.
He is due back in court on Friday, Aug. 17 at 6 p.m. Police did not say where the incident occurred or how severely the car was damaged.
Quinn was arrested earlier this summer and charged with DWI . Last year, Quinn was arrested and charged with choking a woman and threatening her with a knife.
