YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A passenger in a car stopped by Yorktown police on Route 6 Friday was charged for allegedly having 15.2 grams of heroin, according to lohud.com.
The man, Stephen Blumenstetter of Mahopac, 29, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, said lohud.com.
The car's driver faces a misdemeanor charge for having bags containing heroin residue," lohud.com reported.
