James Hosford was charged with bail jumping in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor after police pulled him over for a vehicle and traffic infraction and discovered an active warrant out for his arrest Wednesday.
Hosford was processed and is being held pending arraignment.
Last April, Hosford was arrested in Yorktown and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without an interlock device installed, a condition of his suspended license, after police pulled him over for passing a steady red light on Route 6. At the time, he was released on $145 bail.
