According to police, on Sept. 27, the man pictured was driving a Honda CRV reported stolen to police. A subsequent investigation revealed that he was involved in a car accident and fled the scene.

The man is thought to be from the Croton/Montrose area.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the man pictured, is asked to contact Investigator Morgan of the Cortlandt barracks at 914-788-8044.
