Cortlandt Manor Teen Charged With Aggravated Harassment In Yorktown

The arrest stemmed from a female’s report of a domestic incident at her residence on Tuesday, March 29, at approximately 2:02 p.m., police report.

The female reported the incident to police the following day, March 30, at approximately 2:23 p.m., according to officials.

An investigation was conducted; it has been alleged that the teen, whose name is being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status, threatened to physically harm the victim during a phone call, police report.

The teen was contacted, and voluntarily surrendered himself at Yorktown Police Headquarters on Friday, April 1, at approximately 7:20 p.m., according to officials.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, police report.

The defendant was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court, and released on his own recognizance, according to police.

He is scheduled to appear back in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, April 14, officials report.
