SHRUB OAK, N.Y. - Helen Oubina of Shrub Oak died Sept. 7. She was 81.
Oubina was born Oct. 11, 1932, in Manchester, Vermont, to Ernest and Grace Woodard.
Oubina is survived by her children, William Roger Oubina and Lori Jean Oubina; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard Woodard and Phyllis Tompkins. She was predeceased by her husband, William E. Oubina; and sibling, Floyd Woodard.
Calling hours are Thursday, Sept. 11 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Yorktown Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
