Funeral Services Set For 26-Year-Old Yorktown Woman Struck, Killed By Car

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Brittany Mastropolo, a 26-year-old Yorktown Heights resident who died after being hit by a car Friday in Valhalla, will be laid to rest Wednesday.

Mastropolo's funeral is 11:15 a.m. at Old Stone Patrick's Church in Yorktown Heights. A wake is being held Tuesday at Clark Funeral Home in Yorktown Heights from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Mastropolo was struck and killed by a car near Pat's Deli. She was taken to Westchester Medical Center where she later died. Mount Pleasant Police are investigating the incident.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking memorial contributions be made to Easter Seals Project Explorer or Maria Fareri Children's Hospital.
