Yorktown Residents Excel in Higher Education

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown students in higher education don’t just attend college, they excel in it.

Student Alexandra Cusano who attends the State University at Albany made the Dean’s List this Spring, much to the delight of her parents, Gary and Adrienne.

Sylvie Lynne Francois received the Alumni Award, Outstanding Senior Symposium Paper and Participating in Philosophy and the Flora Dodson Skipp Music Scholarship from Denison University, where she graduated from in May. Francois also studied abroad for a semester with the Arts and Culture Program in Ghana.

Sophomore at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Mariah Seaboldt, was named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2011 semester.
