YORKTOWN, N.Y.Republican and Conservative candidate for Yorktown Town Justice Gary Raniolo has also secured a position as the Independence Party candidate.
With 88 percent of the districts reporting, Raniolo secured 120 votes, or 78 percent of the votes, with his competitor incumbent and Democratic candidate Ilan Gilbert securing 22 percent or 34 of the votes.
Raniolo will now run for Town Justice on the Republican, Conservative and Independence Lines, with Gilbert running on the Democratic line.
