Mysterious Yorktown Shopping Center Videographer ID'd

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- The mystery who has been taking images of both adults and children in the Yorktown area, has finally revealed her identity, reported News 12 Westchester.

Victoria Sanchez has publicly announced that she is not filming the public, but rather Lakeland School District employees.

Victoria Sanchez, has publicly announced that she is not filming the public, but rather Lakeland School District employees. Sanchez claims that the school has been retaliating against after she filed a lawsuit accusing a school staff member of bullying her daughter, reported News 12 Westchester.

Last week, Daily Voice reported that police would not be pressing charges against the photographer since they weren't breaking any laws.

"The mere act of photographing or video recording people in a public place is not necessarily a violation of the law," police said in a statement.

The school district released a statement saying, ""There is absolutely no validity to the accusations or claims being made by Ms. Sanchez regarding the Lakeland Central School District."
