More Than 100 Customers Lose Power In Yorktown

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Power outages were reported Wednesday evening in part of Yorktown Heighths.

The outages, which began just after 8 p.m., occurred on Hanover Street in the area of California Road.

Approximately 136 customers were without power, NYSEG said.

NYSEG worked in the area to restore power.

Police said they received an earlier report of a tree on primary wires.
