YORKTOWN, N.Y.A Pound Ridge resident was arrested after he allegedly provided a Jefferson Valley pharmacy with a forged prescription in May.
Yorktown Police received a complaint from Jefferson Valley Pharmacy on September 9 reporting that they had received a forged prescription for Oxycodone on May 18. Police investigation found that the man, 33-year-old Justin Campanello, provided the forged prescription for Oxycodone to the pharmacy.
Campanello is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on November 17 at 6 p.m. for the charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony.

- Two Yorktown teens were charged with criminal nuisance in the second degree, a misdemeanor, after they allegedly allowed several individuals under the age of 21 to have alcohol. Yorktown Police arrested the 19-year-old, Jerry Thomas, and a 16-year old, whose name is not being released due to his eligibility for youthful offender status on November 7, after police responded to a report of a possible large party on Westview Dr. Both males were arrested and are due in Yorktown Court on December 13 at 6 p.m.
- A 63-year-old Cortlandt resident was arrested after she left Turcos without paying for grocery items. Yorktown Police arrested Nancy Allen on November 9 when they were told by store personnel that Allen attempted to leave Turcos without paying for $92.82 worth of grocery items. Allen was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on December 13 at 6 p.m.
- A 17-year-old Yorktown male was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and a Mt. Kisco male of the same age was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument and an operable headlight after they were stopped by police because their headlight was out. The Mt. Kisco male was found to be in possession of a forged New York State drivers license, and was operating the vehicle with the inoperable headlight. The Yorktown male, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was found to be in possession of marijuana. Both men were released on their own recognizance and are scheduled to appear in court on December 13 at 6 p.m.
- Antonio Vida, 52, of Mohegan Lake, faces a misdemeanor charge of assault after he allegedly grabbed and squeezed his fingernails into the wrists of a female causing her to sustain lacerations to her wrist. Police responded to the call on November 13, and Vida was arrested at the scene. He was served with a temporary order of protection and released on his own recognizance.
