YORKTOWN, N.Y. - Debra E. Bellom, a real estate broker based in Yorktown and resident of Garrison, N.Y., died on Oct. 22 at the age of 56.
Bellom was born in Mt. Vernon on Dec. 28, 1954 to Cornelius and Eleanor Van Der Veen. A former resident of Elmsford, she worked as a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker in Yorktown.
According to her Coldwell Banker real estate profile, she was a top producer at her branch in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 and held a business marketing degree.
She is survived by her son Andrew and his wife Melissa, her daughter Kristen and a grandson. Bellom was predeceased by her parents.
Bellom will repose on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Cortlandt Funeral Home in Verplanck. The funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, with entombment to follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
