Man Caught With Narcotics, Pills, Metal Knuckles In Yorktown: Police

A 59-year-old man faces a long list of felony charges after authorities found quantities of narcotics, pills, and weapons during a search of his Northern Westchester residence, police announced.

Yorktown resident Dominick Servedio was arrested on Thursday, March 14 following a search of his residence conducted by Westchester County Probation, Yorktown Police announced. 

According to the department, at around 6:30 a.m. on the day of Servedio's arrest, Yorktown Police were told of the search. A Yorktown officer then responded to Servedio's home and arrested him, police said.

Servedio is alleged to have been in possession of 138 grams of cocaine; 12.1 grams of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine pills; eleven acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate pills; and metal knuckles. He had intended to sell these substances, according to authorities. 

After his arrest, Servedio was charged with:

  • Second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance;
  • Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell;
  • Criminal possession of a weapon;
  • Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Servedio was later arraigned in court and remanded to the Westchester County Department of Corrections. He will appear in the Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, March 21.
