This addition is anticipated to open during the spring of 2017.
“This is an exciting time for Jefferson Valley Mall as our multifaceted renovation program is underway and we expand our dining options with a new full-service restaurant,” said David Napolitan, general manager at Jefferson Valley Mall. “Stone Rose Steakhouse & Lounge will add another dimension to our eclectic mix of popular retail and dining options that meet shopper demand.”
The first-ever Stone Rose Steakhouse & Lounge will offer a selection of steaks, sushi, Asian inspired cuisine and live music with an upscale atmosphere. The latest dining option will be located on Level 1 near the South Main Entrance facing Lee Blvd.
“We’re excited to debut our new restaurant concept at Jefferson Valley Mall,” said Jack Xiao, restaurant owner. “We aspire to be the talk of the town and place to go for a wonderful dining experience.”
As part of mall’s ongoing renovation and style evolution, mall visitors will soon notice the revitalization of the mall’s entrances, featuring earthy design treatments such as stone and decorative wood, new landscaping and updated signage, as well as a transformed Food Court.
