Ousted Westchester CEO Under Fire For Poaching Ex-Workers, Report Says

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Parker Conrad, a Bedford native and Zenefits co-founder and former chief executive officer who was forced to resign in February, has reportedly recruited engineers from Zenefits for a new company though he had previously agreed not to do that, a source told BuzzFeed News.

Conrad whose resignation stemmed from compliance failures within the health insurance company is launching a new and similar business, sources told BuzzFeed News.

Conrad and Prasanna Sankar, the ex director of engineering at Zenefits and its co-founder, have discussed the matter with former and present Zenefits engineers, said the report.
